Lush Homes – Refund & Return Policy

At Lush Homes, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of household cleaning products and to prevent misuse, we have a structured refund policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund request will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Proper Product Usage

    • The product must be used properly and as instructed on the label or product page.

    • The customer must have used the product at least 2–3 times to fairly evaluate its performance.

    • Refunds will not be entertained for products used incorrectly or against instructions.

  2. Proof of Results

    • The customer must provide clear before-and-after photos or videos showing:

      • The surface/area before using the product

      • The same surface/area after 2–3 proper uses

    • Images or videos must be unedited, clear, and taken under reasonable lighting.

    • Incomplete, unclear, or misleading proof will result in rejection of the refund request.

  3. Refund Request Timeframe

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Expectations not aligned with product description

  • Partial use without proper application

  • Damage caused by incorrect usage or mixing with other chemicals

  • Failure to provide valid before-and-after proof

Shipping Cost Deduction

  • Actual shipping costs (forward and return, if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the order was originally shipped free of charge.

  • Any cash-on-delivery or logistics handling charges incurred will also be deducted.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit (as per customer preference)

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.

Final Decision

  • Lush Homes reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after reviewing usage proof and compliance with this policy.

  • Our decision will be final in all refund-related matters.
